Warranty Policy

All of our products are backed by a warranty to ensure peace of mind with your purchase. Warranty coverage begins from the date of delivery.

• Frame & Structure: 10 years warranty against manufacturing defects in the internal frame and structural components.
• Recliner Mechanisms – Manual: 3 years warranty covering all manual recliner mechanisms.
• Recliner Mechanisms – Electric: 3 years warranty covering all powered recliner mechanisms and related electrical parts.
• Foam & Cushions: 12 months warranty against excessive sagging or loss of shape under normal use.
• Fabric: 12 months warranty covering stitching, seam separation, and material integrity (excludes fading, pilling, or damage from improper cleaning or use).
• Leather: 12 months warranty covering stitching, seam separation, and leather integrity (excludes natural creasing, colour variation, fading, or damage caused by incorrect cleaning or lack of care).
• PU / Synthetic Upholstery: 12 months warranty covering stitching, seam separation, and material integrity (excludes peeling caused by wear and tear, heat, or cleaning products).

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or damage caused by accident or improper care. Leather, fabric, and timber may develop natural characteristics over time (such as creasing, softening, or colour variation) — these are not considered defects.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the issue. Our team will assess the claim and, if approved, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Refunds: Refunds are provided in accordance with the Queensland Government Refund Policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Please choose carefully as we do not offer change-of-mind returns after delivery or pickup.

Delivery:

We offer fast local delivery across Brisbane, Logan, and surrounding areas. For locations outside our local zone but within Australia, we can assist with arranging transport through a trusted third-party freight company. Delivery fees vary based on location, item size, and access conditions.

Dispatch Times:

In-stock items are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days. For pre-orders or out-of-stock items, our team will provide an estimated arrival time.

Refunds (Before Delivery/Pickup):

Orders may be cancelled for a refund only if requested before delivery or pickup. A 20% restocking and administration fee will apply to all cancellations. Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (for transit damage) or as soon as possible for warranty claims. Depending on the assessment, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund in line with your warranty and consumer rights.

Refunds Policy:

Refunds are provided in accordance with the Queensland Government Refund Policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
